NEW WELLBEING WALK ON FRIDAYS 2-3PM

WELLBEING WALKS are slower paced walks for those of you who may have health concerns or just need a slower pace. The session includes gentle exercises for strength and balance which will help activities of daily living.

You do not need to get your Freedom Passport first or attend the ‘Learn to Nordic Walk’ course. Nordic Walking instruction is given as part of the walks.

These sessions will be held in various parks around SW Manchester/North Cheshire/Trafford.

Poles can be hired.
