Description:

For those who have completed the Learn to Nordic Walk course – these action packed one hour walks are designed to help you to improve your fitness levels and gain FAST results. Your qualified instructor will add motivating drills and exercises into a fast paced fun walk.
The walk format includes HIIT type training which is known to give the best fitness and weight loss results. Intensity is gained both by using the terrain (hills), Gear 3, as well as other advanced Nordic Walking techniques.

Join us for breakfast in the pub afterwards!
